No Refund and Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on any purchases.

Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded or returned. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We encourage you to read product descriptions, view product images, and check sizing information before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so only if the order has not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately at frogfitindia@gmail.com or through our contact form.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. The order will be delivered to the address provided during checkout.

Cancellation Process

If your order is eligible for cancellation (before shipment), we will process the cancellation and initiate a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Defective or Damaged Products

While we do not offer general refunds or returns, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you receive a product that is:

  • Significantly different from the product description
  • Damaged during shipping (with visible damage to packaging)
  • Defective or non-functional
  • You should always take a video proof of the issue

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and a detailed description of the issue. We will review your case and may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. All decisions are final and made on a case-by-case basis.

  3. Provide clear photographs of the issue (if applicable)
  4. Describe the problem in detail
  5. Our customer service team will review your case and respond within 2-3 business days
